Why is it that projects always take about three times longer than it seems they should? We spent what seemed like the entire weekend putting up a new pen for the puppies. Granted, it did include putting down sand and a patio block floor, but it just seemed that it took way too long for what should have been a simple project!
That said, now it is done and the puppies have a new run to play in, and they think its great fun! So do all the big dogs who are very curious about it and try to find a way in to get to those puppy toys
Here are a few pictures of the weekend project, LOL.

Looks simple enough, doesn't it? Frozen fingers didn't help when putting that hardware on!
Now the pups enjoying themselves.

And Momma Trudy, who moseyed in to check things out, but was ready to leave in about two minutes.

my doggys having puppys.. I need to get one of thoses
this week. Oh - fer crazy - it took forever?!
Look simple enough - until the holes DON'T line up... then what?!
And now Luna is boycotting the new couch.
Refuses to give up the idea that we MAY JUST
bring in the old one when we come to our senses?!
Oh brother?!
Yeah - as I stated in my blog... that thing was so old...
the padding was coming out
it smelled like an old man
cushions were worn through
and had more hair on it than Luna
has on his whole body? AIN't NO way
that thing is coming BACK into this house!
Hope the pups are doing well!
I just wanted to squeeze and pinch them!
